Can I walk in and buy cookies?

All orders are placed either online, via email, or over the phone. We do not have cookies available for walk-ins unfortunately.

Do you have specials or promos?

Do all of your products contain allergens like nuts, dairy, or wheat?

All of our products contain nuts and eggs. And some products contain milk. The Freaky Cookie works in an environment that comes into contact with food allergens like wheat, soy, peanuts, and/or tree nuts on a regular basis. Because The Freaky Cookie uses food allergen ingredients we highly recommend that you do not consume any of our products if you are allergic to any of the food allergens listed above.

What is the shelf life of your cookies?

If cookies are stored as recommended, they should last 7-10 days in the fridge and 3 months in the freezer. If you leave your cookies out, they will not "go bad," they just start to dry out.

Do your cookies contain any form of medical marijuana or cannabis?

They do not! I repeat, they. Do. Not! Just good ol’ cookies made from scratch.

I placed an order, when will it ship?

We ship Monday-Thursdsay. Cookies ship within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Do you have any gluten free or vegan desserts?

Unfortunately, we don’t at the moment. However, we’re always looking to up our game so keep those eyes peeled.
