All shippable gifts ship within 2 business days. We ship either via UPS or USPS. You will receive a tracking email confirmation once your package has shipped.

Cookie gifts are delivered to the address listed in your order during your requested time slot. Please call at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to make any changes to your delivery.

If you plan to be late for your pick-up please let us know as quickly as possible. We do not hold cookies overnight therefore any order that has not been picked up will be discarded. Please give us a call if you have any questions.
